These products are:

  • Marketed for incense, ceremonial, culinary, or collectible purposes

We acknowledge that some individuals may choose to use these botanical products in various personal, spiritual, or traditional ways — including crafting pre-rolled herbal incense or using them in culinary preparations such as teas or infused oils.

However:

Zemi Exotics makes no claims or representations regarding the effects of any product and is not responsible for how a product is used once purchased.

The responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws rests solely with the customer.

All hemp products sold by Zemi Exotics:

  • Are derived from federally legal hemp

  • Contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, as defined by the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill

  • Are unaltered from their original supplier

  • Include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for transparency and quality assurance
